Welcome to the fifth in a series of small tips for getting more out of Done, our iPhone To Do list app.
If you’ve ever browsed the App Store you’ve probably noticed one of the numerous Emoticon (or Emoji) apps available. Cute enough but not much use? Well instead of thinking of them as just a bunch of smiley faces that you can add to your text messages try thinking of them as visual tags that you can add to your To Do list.
This can actually be quite useful in organizing your tasks. You can use Emoticons as a visual reminder and as a way of attaching clients or projects to tasks. Used in conjunction with the color-coding this can add a powerful visual element to your lists.
